Decas Farms Cranberry Pretzel Bark
Ingredients
- 8 oz. semi-sweet baking chocolate, chopped
- 8 oz. dark or milk chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup Decas Farms Original dried cranberries, divided
- 1 cup chopped pretzels, divided
- ¼ teaspoon flaky sea salt
Instructions
- Line a 9" x 13" baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
- Place all chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave at 50% power for 1 minute. Stir chocolate and continue to microwave at 50% power in 30 second intervals, stirring in between, until melted.
- Stir 3/4 cup of the pretzels and ¼ cup dried cranberries into the melted chocolate. Pour the chocolate over the lined baking sheet and use a spatula to spread the cranberries and pretzels evenly (1/4 inch thick).
- Sprinkle the remaining mix ins over the top of the bark. Lightly press the pretzel pieces into the chocolate.
- Top the bark with one pinch of sea salt and refrigerate for 5-10 minutes until cool, but still soft. Add the remaining pinch of sea salt over the bark and refrigerate until hard.
- Once chilled, break into chunks. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator and enjoy!
