Cranberry Oatmeal Cookie Overnight Oats
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup plain fat-free Greek yogurt
- 2 Tablespoons almond butter
- 1-3 Tablespoons pure maple syrup, to taste
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ cup Decas Farms Paradise Meadow dried cranberries, divided
- ¼ cup walnuts, chopped
Preparation:
Add the oats, almond milk, yogurt, almond butter and maple syrup to a mixing bowl. Add cinnamon, vanilla and half the cranberries. Stir then pour into two 8 oz. jars with lids. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Thin with more almond milk to reach desired consistency. Top with remaining dried cranberries and walnuts, if using. Enjoy!
Recipe yields 2- 8 oz. jars
